Housing Choice is both an inventory of building designs and Kronberg Urbanists + Architects’ process of designing abundant, attainable, and responsible housing and neighborhoods. In 2022, we first shared this work through our Housing Choice Catalog. Meant to be accessible to development professionals, as well as anyone with an interest in creating flourishing communities, the catalog highlights our housing inventory, ranging from 250 SF studios to 12-unit missing middle plexes.

This edition of the Housing Choice Catalog includes updated pricing information and an expanded introduction highlighting how we think about planning and design, some common roadblocks, and examples of how housing choice can be used successfully across scales of development.
