    Start with our Housing Choice Catalogue—a library of pre-designed unit types tailored to fit different goals and contexts.

     

  2. SITE PLANNING
    Our Urban Design team uses your selected unit types to create a thoughtful site plan. This drawing serves as a tool for early pricing, entitlement, and civil engineering.

     

  3. ENTITLEMENT SUPPORT
    Need help with zoning, variances, or platting? We’ve got you covered.

     

  4. DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION DOCS
    Our in-house architectural team can produce full construction documents—quickly, especially when using pre-approved units from our catalogue.

     

  5. CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION
    We understand the full development process, and we scale our involvement based on your needs. Whether you’re a hands-on developer or a nonprofit new to building, we’re here to support you.
