In 2023 KUA released our first edition of the Housing Choice Catalog. Now, in it's 3rd iteration, this catalog is serves as a model for municipalities, land trusts, counties, small-scale developers, and anyone who works to create housing, helping to imagine their project, as well as implement it with KUA as a partner. 

Not only are the homes modeled in this catalog adorable, KUA also works with partners to analyze and re-write (when needed and able) the local zoning codes to make sure the desired homes are do-able for the project.
