PARKSIDE AT ARMOUR

In the first office adaptive reuse project in the now-transformed Armour Yards district, KUA was tasked with determining the most efficient redevelopment options for an existing warehouse and the adjacent vacant pad site. Located within easy walking distance of the Sweetwater Brewery and the future Northside Beltline Trail, the client required an inspiring loft office environment to serve as a destination for new office tenants. After reviewing zoning limitations and opportunities to determine a range of redevelopment options, the project team provided construction drawings for the warehouse conversion and assisted the client with development of marketing drawings to attract potential tenants. Completed in 2014, the project kicked off the transformation of the industrial area into a thriving loft office district whose location near transit, interstate, and bike/ped trails, yields massive potential for connection to the rest of the city.
